In short
This site has no forms, no analytics and no cookies, and it collects nothing about you. What we hold is whatever you choose to put in an email, plus the standard server logs our host keeps. Fonts, styles and scripts all come from this domain, so loading a page contacts no one else.

This policy explains what we collect when you use www.inducersolutions.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only; separate terms govern client engagements, which are set out in the relevant contract.
Information we collect
We keep collection to the minimum needed to run the site and answer enquiries.
- Correspondence. When you email us we receive whatever you choose to put in that message, along with your address and any signature block your mail client attaches.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which may include IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamps, for security and reliability purposes.
- Local preferences. Your theme choice (light or dark) is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device and is not used for tracking.
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or behavioural profiling on this website.
How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and provide the information you asked for.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To meet legal, regulatory and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Legal bases
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site and in responding to business enquiries you choose to send us, and on compliance with legal obligations.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run this site โ for example web hosting and email delivery. They process information only on our instructions and under contractual confidentiality obligations. Fonts, styles and scripts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not send your IP address to any third-party content network.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to deal with your request and to keep an accurate record of our business communications, and is then deleted or anonymised. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and diagnostic purposes.
International transfers
Inducer Solutions is based in Canada and works with clients worldwide. Where information is transferred outside your country, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a comparable standard.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise a right, email info@inducersolutions.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including transport encryption, access control and least-privilege administration. Ordinary email is not a secure channel, so please do not send confidential material by it; ask us and we will arrange one.
Children
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
